About the role

As Moorepay’s Customer Relationship Executive, you will provide hands on administration support to the Moorepay sales organisation.  

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Customer Success, key stakeholders include all members of the Sales Leadership Team, Customer Success team and the wider sales community.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contact customers using data within our CRM to ensure all Account Managers are achieving KPI’s associated with meetings held.
  • Effectively following up on prospect data, inbound enquiries from existing clients and marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities.
    Achieve pre-agreed targets in relation to booked and held meetings arranged directly with existing clients for account reviews.
    Ensure data is distributed evenly across the Customer Success team using our CRM tool.
  • Support in the raising of invoices and any relevant paperwork prior to meetings/contracts for the Customer Success team.
  • Working alongside the Team Leader to generate sales campaigns and incentives.
  • Work closely with other departments where required within the company to ensure success in delivering a quality service to our clients.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time.
  • Through optimising your own personal behaviours, you will support the business in driving world-class customer engagement and business performance.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Working closely with the Customer Success Team Leader and the Head of Sales on strategies and proposals to support revenue growth.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and build excellent relationships with clients to the company’s benefit.
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and service issue resolutions.
  • An action-oriented and structured professional with technical software skills who can work across the large stakeholder base to ensure an aligned sales campaign relevant to the requirements.

Skills and experience

  • Proven sales professional experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills that is demonstrable at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to ensure delivery of client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software including CRM (e.g. Salesforce or Sugar) and MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
